Scheduled automations

Create daily, weekly, or monthly agent runs that email you results.

Automations are recurring agent runs. Ask Maestro to draft one, review the schedule and prompt, then enable it.

Create an automation

  1. Describe what you want on a cadence (e.g., weekly ad summary for an artist).
  2. Maestro drafts schedule, agent, and instructions.
  3. Review in Activity → Automations and enable.
  4. Check your email for the first run output.

Manage

  • Pause or edit from Activity when the brief changes.
  • Three consecutive failures auto-pause the row.
  • Re-enable after you fix connections or prompts.
