FAQ
FAQ
Quick answers about credits, agents, deliverables, connections, and where to get help.
What is the difference between Docs in the app and these guides?
These pages at symphonyos.co/docs are product help. Doc artifacts agents create for you (reports, briefs, plans) live inside SymphonyOS and open in the working pane. Settings → Help & docs links here.
Which agents can I hire?
Live hireable specialists are Simmy, Cue, Echo, and Maude. Maestro is free and always on. Open the Agent Hub to hire or fire for your workspace.
How do credits work?
You start with 200 trial credits, then eligible unpaid accounts are topped up to 75 credits per month. Artist ($25) includes 200 credits; Pro ($49) includes 500; Label ($99) includes 1,000. Agent tool usage and some UI publish actions debit credits. Ad spend is paid to Meta, TikTok, or Google directly.
Why did my ad or presave wizard charge extra credits?
Publishing from the in-app wizards for ads, websites, and presaves includes a flat deliverable fee. Building the same outcome purely through agent chat uses usage pricing only.
Where do I connect platforms?
Use Integrations (/integrations) under the Agents sidebar group for third-party tools. Do not look for OAuth under Settings.
Can I text Maestro?
Yes, if SMS is enabled on your account. Connect your number during onboarding or from Settings. SMS threads also appear in Conversations on the web.
Where is API documentation?
Advertising API docs live at docs.symphonyos.co (ReadMe). These product guides cover SymphonyOS workflows, not developer API reference.
How do I get support?
Ask Maestro first for how-to questions. For billing or account issues, use in-app support paths or email your account contact. Enterprise customers should use their designated channel.
How do I migrate from Symphony v1?
Sign in to SymphonyOS and open /import-to-v2. A team owner or admin runs the wizard to import campaigns, websites, presaves, and fans. See Migrating from v1 for the full guide, merge options, and what carries over.
Where is classic Symphony (app.symphonyos.co)?
Classic Symphony v1 is still at app.symphonyos.co. SymphonyOS (v2) is at labelos.symphonyos.co. You can switch default apps from Settings on either side without losing work on the other. Imported data lives in v2; v1 stays available if you prefer it for day-to-day use.
