Migrating from Symphony v1

Import wizard (/import-to-v2)

Run the self-serve import at /import-to-v2: preview your v1 account, import data, add a phone number, and finish setup.

The import wizard lives at labelos.symphonyos.co/import-to-v2. Open it while signed into SymphonyOS. Symphony reads your identity from the session only; do not share import links expecting them to work for someone else.

Who can start an import

Team owners and admins can start an org import. Plain members see Ask your team admin instead of the import controls. If your team already has v2 workspaces, the flow can attach your v1 brands and sync or resync remaining activity.

Wizard steps

  1. Welcome: overview of bringing your Symphony profile into the next generation (campaigns, websites, presaves, fans).
  2. Account preview: review what will import and start the import. Meta and TikTok connection status may appear here.
  3. Phone: add a required phone number for SMS and account security.
  4. Finish: welcome message and links into SymphonyOS.

Merge vs new brand

When v2 already has a matching artist, the wizard lets you import as a new brand or merge into an existing v2 brand. Choose carefully; merging combines history under one artist profile.

Already imported? Upgrade without re-import

If you imported before but chose v1 as your default app, open /import-to-v2?upgrade=1 from v1 Settings (Upgrade to Symphony v2) to make SymphonyOS your default again without re-running a full import. First-time users must complete a real import before v2 can become default through this path.

Edge cases

Most teams finish self-serve. If your org structure, billing, or brand mapping is unusual, book a demo through the in-app Calendly link or ask Maestro for guidance. Maestro can help look up v1 history with your consent, but merge choices belong in the wizard.
